FAQS

Frequent Fan Cards are valid for 12 months, from July through June. Therefore, Frequent Fan Cards purchased prior to July of 2018 are now expired. If you purchase a Frequent Fan Card, it will be valid through June of 2019.

We welcome you to use your Student Advantage or Frequent Fan Cards at all Cleveland Orchestra Blossom concerts this summer!

The Student Advantage and Frequent Fan Cards apply only to our Classical subscription concert series at Severance Hall. Occasionally, we make our movies or other special performances available to students. Keep an eye out on your inbox for those special offers. You may also use either the Student Advantage or Frequent Fan Card.

We send a notification email the Monday of each concert week to notify you when student tickets are available or are sold out.

When you receive our email on Monday, it will direct you to our students page. You’ll be able to run through a checkout process there, and receive a PDF ticket to bring with you to Severance Hall.

When you are enrolled in either the Student Advantage or Frequent Fan Card programs, you can bring a friend for an additional $15 per ticket. This person can be your sibling, mom, aunt, best friend – anyone you choose!

The Frequent Fan Card is usually a one-time $50 fee. It pays for itself in just three concerts! We recommend buying at the beginning of the season in September, so you can attend as many classical concerts as you wish!

Enrollment in the Student Advantage program is free! Join anytime.

Please call the Severance Hall Ticket Office or come in person to let us know. If you’re enrolled in Student Advantage, we will issue you a new card ASAP. A $50 fee applies to replace a Frequent Fan Card.

We normally send the notification out before noon, but the student tickets are available by 10am.

Emailed PDF tickets are the only delivery method available for Student Advantage and Frequent Fan Card tickets when purchasing online.

You may enroll at the Blossom Ticket Office as well. Summer hours are 1-5PM Saturday and Sunday, and during concert intermissions.
