How do I purchase my Members Club tickets?
1. Navigate to Members Club page
- Go to clevelandorchestra.com/membersclub.
- Scroll to the bottom to find the list of eligible concerts.
2. Select your concert
- Choose the concert you want by selecting it from the Members Club eligible concerts list
- NOTE: Members Club pricing will not be reflected on event thumbnails or pages. Pricing will be applied in the checkout process.
- This will open the concert details page.
- On that page, select the date you'd like to attend.
3. Choose your seats
- Select your desired section on the interactive seating map image.
- NOTE: Members Club ticket pricing is only available in orchestra and balcony.
- When the section's seat map opens, select your preferred seat(s).
- When your selection is finished, click "Add to Cart".
4. Add Parking (Optional and if available)
- If parking is still available and you'd like to purchase parking in advance, you will get a page asking if you would like to purchase parking. If you do:
- Choose your parking quantity.
- Click "Add to Basket".
- If you do not want to purchase parking in advance and it is available:
- Click "No Thanks".
5. Review your cart
- Your cart will now open
- If you are already logged in on the TCO website, your Members Club pricing will already be applied automatically. You should see a red bar directly above your cart that states "Your members ticket discount has been applied. Thank you for being a member!"
- If you are not logged in, your discount will not automatically apply. Select checkout, you will automatically be prompted to log in. Once you are logged in, you will see your order and total with your Members Club discount applied. If you want to see how the discount was applied, select the "Edit Order" button.
- Review your total and confirm your discount is reflected.
- Review all items - tickets, parking, etc.- to ensure everything is correct.
6. Checkout
- Choose your preferred ticket delivery method.
- Click the checkout button.
- Follow the prompted steps to enter your information and complete your order.

What does “unlimited access to concerts” mean?
For one monthly fee, you can see as much or as little as you want of everything The Cleveland Orchestra performs for as little as $10 – it’s your choice! This includes the Classical Season in the Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel Concert Hall at Severance, Blossom Music Festival performances, Family Series concerts, and some special performances like movies and Holiday performances.
When can I cancel my membership?
After the initial 3-month commitment, you can cancel your Memberships at any time with 30 days notice. After cancellation, you will forfeit any tickets purchased after the final month of your membership period (the last month you were charged for).
What if I want two tickets to each performance?
You can reserve one ticket per membership, per concert. So, if you need to reserve two(2) tickets to each performance, you should purchase two memberships.
What is the max number of memberships I can purchase?
The maximum amount of memberships you can purchase is four (4). If you need additional tickets on occasion, you can purchase them at the 20% off subscriber rate.
Where are the seats located?
You won't get stuck in the "cheap seats." For performances in the Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel Concert Hall at Severance, you can choose your preferred location from any section in either the Orchestra or Balcony levels. At Blossom Music Center, you may choose your preferred location from any section in the Pavilion, excluding Box seats. When you reserve your Member ticket(s), you get the best available seat in that section at the time of reservation.
How can I tell which concerts are Members Club eligible?
- Season Schedule: Look for the “This concert is eligible for Members Club tickets” tag on concerts listed on our Season & Series page.
- TCO App: Open the app and browse the concert calendar. Eligible events will include a Members Club Eligible badge.
- At a Glance: If you're exploring on mobile or desktop, eligible concerts are also identified during the ticket selection process.
